Adelaide Perry Prize For Drawing 2024 Finalists

Congratulations to this year’s finalists in the Adelaide Perry Prize for Drawing! 

Adelaide Perry Gallery received over 400 entries for the 19th Adelaide Perry Prize for Drawing. The annual $25,000 acquisitive prize, generously supported by PLC Sydney Parents and Friends’ Association, drew entries from across Australia. The College is delighted to have the participation and expertise of Emeritus Professor Sasha Grishin, art historian, art critic and curator, as judge, who created a shortlist of 40 finalists (see below) for the award. Sasha returns to the Gallery in February to select the overall winner, with the winning entry becoming part of the PLC Sydney Collection.

At the close of the exhibition a people’s choice award of $2,000 will be awarded to the finalist’s work voted favourite by Gallery visitors. Voting slips are available at the Gallery.  

The winner will be announced at Adelaide Perry Gallery, 7.00 pm on Friday 23 February
