2022 Landscape Dreaming

...Bundanon, a special Australian landscape...

Arthur Boyd’s majestic gift to the nation, Bundanon, has long been used for artist residencies, open days and workshops.

Today Bundanon, with all of its prominent natural features, the enigmatic river, the old -growth forests, secret valleys and rock escarpments that once featured in Boyd's work, now inspire PLC Sydney's visual arts students.

In conjunction with a display of works by artist and PLC Sydney’s 2022 Artist-in-Residence, Keith Fyfe, Landscape Dreaming showcases paintings and drawings inspired by a two-day National Art School workshop, and visit to Arthur Boyd’s Bundanon Homestead and studio, that Keth and Year 11 Visual Arts took in April.

Visitors to the exhibition are invited to cast a vote for their favourite student work, the People's Choice Award, which is presented to the student at the close of the exhibition,

One of the most rewarding experiences for the girls is the opportunity to spend time engaged in their artmaking alongside an Artist-in-Residence who shares their knowledge and demonstrates their skills during the camp.
